Accessibility policy
Standard applied
The site is developed in accordance with EN 301 549, the European harmonized standard of accessibility requirements for ICT products and services, which refers to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at level AA. The review takes version 2.2 of the guidelines as its reference.
The scope of this policy is yeshcube.com in both of its languages, with its search, its forms and the access to the private investor area. The domains of the group brands publish their own statement.
Site features
- Browser zoom and font size apply across the whole site. The configurator adds two scales above the normal one.
- The first element of every page is a link that goes straight to the content, skipping the header and the menu.
- Two color themes, dark and light, calibrated to the same contrasts, plus a strengthened-contrast option.
- Every page is organized into section headings, so anyone using a screen reader can move between sections with the H key.
- The whole site can be operated with the keyboard. The active element is marked at all times, and dialogues hold focus, close with the Escape key and return focus to the control that opened them.
- Images carry a description when they convey information, and are declared decorative when the surrounding text already carries it.
- Forms label every field, announce errors in text and move focus to the field that needs correcting.
- Animations and videos stop when the operating system asks for reduced motion, and also from the configurator.
- Wide tables and card carousels can be scrolled with the keyboard.
- Content reflows with no horizontal scrolling on a rotated phone and with the browser zoomed in.
- Every page declares its language, and the site is published in full in Spanish and English.
- With JavaScript disabled, navigation, reading and every link keep working.
Conformance status
Partially conformant with the standard: level A and AA requirements are met except for the exceptions gathered as non-accessible content.
Non-accessible content
- Infographics from the previous archive whose alternative description carries the title of the chart and not yet the data it represents.
- Videos and generative backgrounds on the product cards, served as decoration and without a text alternative: the equivalent information sits in the label, the title and the standfirst of each card.
- Data tables in some articles, which keep their own horizontal scrolling on narrow screens.
- Third-party documents and pages linked from the editorial archive, whose accessibility is outside the control of yeshcube.
- Twenty-three pieces from the previous archive open their body at the third or fourth heading level, so the hierarchy skips a step.
Preparation of this policy
Prepared on 28 July 2026 from a self-assessment carried out by yeshcube, with an automated check that runs on every release of the site.
Reporting access barriers
Access barriers, requests for information in an alternative format and complaints about the accessibility of the site are handled at legal@yeshcube.com. Anyone who does not get a satisfactory answer may turn to the bodies competent in accessibility and in consumer protection.
