yeshcube has nine applied research lines open during the third quarter of 2026. They cover workplace wellbeing, sports recovery, childhood, aging, high-pressure contexts, underrepresented languages, human capability development with artificial intelligence and the validation of sound-based interventions.

The hub continually seeks collaborators, funding and resources that can support these research lines at the required depth. Contributions may include scientific expertise, technological infrastructure, equipment, facilities, access to relevant populations, industrial capacity, direct funding or participation in competitive funding calls.

Each line is at a different stage. Some are defining protocols and preparing pilots. Others need validation contexts, technological development or resources to extend their scope. Collaboration is organized through Allies, yeshcube’s framework for setting objectives, responsibilities, scientific governance and transfer conditions from the outset.

Open research

Open research allows new contributions that improve the question, strengthen the methodology, provide access to relevant populations, develop the required technology or prepare an independent validation.

The available forms of participation depend on the project:

  • Joint research and protocol design.
  • Access to facilities, contexts or study populations.
  • Specialist professional or scientific knowledge.
  • Technology development and system integration.
  • Funding for phases or work packages.
  • Equipment, computing capacity and other technical resources.
  • Validation under real conditions and responsible transfer.

The inclusion of collaborators depends on the scope of the study, ethical review, data protection, available resources and the ability to obtain interpretable results.

Funding and resources

Applied research requires different resources at each stage. Methodological design may need scientific staff and specialist advice. A pilot may require equipment, facilities, participant coordination and statistical analysis. Technological development may depend on computing capacity, manufacturing, licenses, recording or system integration.

yeshcube seeks public and private funding, foundations, philanthropic organizations, companies, scientific institutions and partners able to provide in-kind resources. Every contribution must be linked to a defined purpose, budget and set of outcomes.

Scientific governance remains under the relevant protocols and committees. Agreements define each party’s role, the handling of potential conflicts of interest and the conditions for publishing results. Funding can support a specific phase or infrastructure shared by several research lines.

1. Care Program: emotional wellbeing at work

Care Program studies technologies and experiences for stress regulation, mental workload management and recovery during the working day.

During the third quarter, the program seeks organizations interested in defining research questions linked to their real working environments. It is also open to groups working in occupational psychology, occupational health, risk prevention and organizational design.

Organizations can contribute validation environments, participants, specialist staff and funding for contextualized studies. Research may incorporate conversational artificial intelligence, sound and acoustically controlled spaces.

2. Arena Program: recovery in high-performance sport

Arena Program is preparing a study on the use of sound, conversational experiences and Somia Bloom during post-exercise recovery.

The protocol is being developed collaboratively. The first planned cohort includes adult athletes from endurance disciplines, team sports, strength, power and precision sports. The initial target is 48 participants and at least 40 completed three-session sequences.

Arena seeks groups in sports science, physiology, sports psychology, cognition, music therapy and sound science. Clubs, federations and high-performance centers can also participate.

The study will require sports facilities, measurement equipment, participant coordination, analytical capacity and funding to complete the experimental work.

3. Resilience Program: return after high-pressure situations

Resilience Program investigates support resources for the return to everyday life after periods of sustained pressure.

The program initially works with emergency and rescue personnel, people returning from intense operational environments and families rebuilding life together after long separations.

The line is open to organizations connected with these groups and teams specializing in stress, recovery, reintegration and social support. It also needs resources to design longitudinal protocols, coordinate cohorts and assess how each intervention fits with existing support systems.

4. Horizon Program: care during sensitive life stages

Horizon Program studies emotional support technologies for aging, loss of autonomy, long-term care and end-of-life processes.

Applications are designed around functional ability, dignity, control of the experience and person-centered care. Their evaluation considers the setting, support needs, accessibility and coordination with families, carers and professionals.

Horizon seeks residential and health-social care institutions, as well as groups in gerontology, palliative care, psychology, social work and accessibility. Pilots require supervised settings, professional participation and funding suited to particularly sensitive research.

5. Noor Program: voice for underrepresented languages

Noor Program develops speech synthesis and cultural adaptation capabilities for Darija, Tarifit, Wolof, Bambara and Pulaar.

The research combines speech processing, computational linguistics, data preparation and human evaluation. Each language requires native speakers who can assess pronunciation, naturalness, vocabulary, formality and cultural coherence.

Noor seeks scientific teams specializing in language technologies, organizations with access to speaker communities and partners with experience in speech synthesis, speech recognition and conversational systems.

The program needs funding for data collection and curation, recording sessions, participant compensation, computing capacity and continuing linguistic evaluation.

6. Niu Program: childhood, families and public spaces

Niu Program develops Somia Niu, a voice and sound experience connecting family support at home with calm booths in public spaces.

Current work focuses on defining experiences, age ranges, safeguards, use protocols and criteria for future controlled pilots. The research must address safety, understanding, children’s autonomy, sensory profiles, accessibility and adult participation.

Niu seeks groups in child development, occupational therapy, sensory integration, neurodiversity and voice interaction. It also needs educational, healthcare and social organizations able to participate in the design or host supervised trials.

Development requires resources for prototyping, booth manufacturing, production of sound experiences, evaluation with families and deployment in accessible environments.

7. Spark Program: AI for developing human capabilities

Spark Program investigates generative artificial intelligence applications for writing, critical thinking, creativity, argumentation and other intellectual capabilities.

Its first transferred application is PunkVoice, which analyzes professional drafts and provides editorial contrast. Future research will explore new contexts and assess intellectual participation, assistance requirements, independent performance and transfer to different tasks.

Spark seeks groups in human-AI interaction, learning, creativity, writing and metacognition. It also welcomes technology projects and organizations able to provide testing contexts.

Funding will support the development of new applications, independent evaluations and longitudinal studies of autonomy and transfer.

8. Restore Apps Program: habits and emotional regulation

Restore Apps Program brings together specialized conversational applications for restoring everyday habits and supporting emotional regulation.

Current lines include sleep, routines, procrastination, relationships with technology, mindful eating, compulsive behaviors, grief, life changes, sustained stress and recovery after periods of exhaustion or isolation.

The program welcomes scientific partners interested in defining and evaluating specific applications, development teams with compatible projects and organizations able to test solutions in delimited contexts.

Each application requires specialist content, technological development, expert review and validation resources. Supporting partners can fund a complete line or a specific research and development phase.

9. ATLAS project: adaptive sound interventions

ATLAS develops a structured library and adaptation system for sound interventions linked to specific objectives and contexts.

The project is reviewing evidence, classifying content, defining quality criteria and designing protocols for future validation. Its development requires each intervention, population, duration, use context and expected outcome to be specified.

ATLAS is open to groups in music therapy, music psychology, auditory neuroscience and sound technology. It also seeks clinical teams, institutions able to provide study contexts, cultural archives and technology partners.

Its needs include research funding, access to compositions and archives, cataloguing infrastructure, acoustic analysis capacity, pilot spaces and resources to validate content across diverse populations.

Proposal assessment

The initial assessment of a collaboration considers five elements:

  1. Research question. It must be specific, assessable and relevant to the proposed line.
  2. Population and context. The proposal must identify its intended population and setting.
  3. Contribution from each party. This may include knowledge, technology, facilities, participants, funding or transfer capacity.
  4. Ethics and data requirements. Consent, data minimisation, safety and independent review must be defined.
  5. Outcomes and decisions. The protocol must state what will be measured and which decisions the results can support.

The ERL scale records the maturity reached by each research line and the requirements for progressing to further validation or transfer stages.
