This policy is drawn up in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, the GDPR, the LOPDGDD and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device in order to remember information. The term also covers equivalent browser local-storage technologies. At yeshcube we use these technologies deliberately sparingly.

• yeshcube_consent_v1 (browser local storage): stores your cookie preferences so we do not ask you again on every visit. Owner: yeshcube (first party). Duration: persistent until you delete it or change your choice.
• yeshcube_theme (browser local storage): stores whether you have chosen the light or the dark theme, so the site opens the way you left it. Owner: yeshcube (first party). Duration: persistent until you delete it. If you never choose, nothing is stored and the site follows your system preference.
• yeshcube_a11y (browser local storage): stores your accessibility preferences — motion, text size, contrast, link underlining and spacing — so they are applied before the page is painted on every visit. Owner: yeshcube (first party). Duration: persistent until you delete it or press “Restore the initial values” on Accessibility. If you never choose anything, nothing is stored.
• yeshcube_lang (browser local storage): stores the language you picked with the selector, so the home page stops redirecting you to your browser language. Owner: yeshcube (first party). Duration: persistent until you delete it.
• yeshcube_lang_seen (browser session storage): marks that automatic language detection has already run during this visit, so it does not repeat. Owner: yeshcube (first party). Duration: until you close the tab.

4.2 Analytics (only with your consent)

They help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. These cookies are not loaded unless you accept them in the consent panel. As long as you do not enable this category, no analytics cookie is installed. If an analytics tool is added in the future, it will be detailed here (owner, purpose and duration) and it will remain subject to your consent.
