ElevenLabs selects yeshcube for its Voice AI Startup Grants program

The grant supports the development of Somia and will provide twelve months of access to ElevenLabs synthetic voice technology for yeshcube’s conversational system

ElevenLabs has selected yeshcube as a recipient of its Startup Grants program for the development of Somia and its application of synthetic voice to conversational artificial intelligence systems. The grant provides the València-based hub with twelve months of access to the ElevenLabs platform and 33 million credits to develop, test and integrate new voice capabilities into Somia.
Startup Grants is ElevenLabs’ program supporting startups and small companies developing products based on audio and artificial intelligence. The company expanded the program in August 2025 to provide each selected project with one year of access to its tools, equivalent to more than 680 hours of Conversational AI usage. ElevenLabs had awarded more than 4,000 grants since launching the initiative.
Synthetic voice for more natural interaction with Somia
yeshcube is developing Somia as a conversational artificial intelligence system in which voice plays a central role in the interaction. Selection for Startup Grants enables the integration of ElevenLabs technology into the development of its voice capabilities and further work on areas related to voice generation, expressiveness and conversational fluency.
ElevenLabs develops artificial intelligence audio models for applications including text to speech and conversational systems capable of listening and responding in real time. Its technology supports expressive voices, language detection and natural conversational turn-taking.
Joining the program establishes a technology collaboration between the two organizations around synthetic voice. ElevenLabs provides its platform and development resources, while yeshcube will apply these capabilities to Somia and its work on conversational interaction.
The grant places Somia among the projects selected by ElevenLabs to develop Voice AI products through Startup Grants. The program is intended for companies with fewer than 25 employees building products and business models designed for long-term development and commercialization.
