Actiu joins yeshcube as a Technology Transfer Partner to develop emotional wellbeing infrastructures

The collaboration connects Actiu’s industrial and design capabilities with yeshcube’s conversational artificial intelligence technologies and validation processes

València, September 13, 2025. Actiu and yeshcube have formalized a collaboration agreement under which the company specializing in the design and manufacture of furniture for workplace and contract environments joins yeshcube’s Allies system as a Technology Transfer Partner. The alliance establishes a framework for transferring technologies developed by the hub into physical products and real-world environments.

The collaboration combines Actiu’s capabilities in space design, product development and manufacturing with yeshcube’s work in conversational artificial intelligence, emotional wellbeing and the validation of technologies prior to transfer. Actiu thus becomes yeshcube’s first industrial Technology Transfer Partner.

From research to physical products

As a Technology Transfer Partner, Actiu will participate in the joint development of products integrating yeshcube technologies and their application in everyday spaces. The agreement also includes validation processes in real-world environments and the integration of technical, scientific and ethical criteria throughout development.

The first materialization of this collaboration is Qyos Bloom, an Actiu booth integrating Somia, the conversational artificial intelligence developed by yeshcube, within an experience focused on emotional wellbeing. The project transfers the hub’s technological work into a physical infrastructure developed together with a manufacturer with industrial capabilities and an international presence.

A technology transfer model for industry

Actiu’s incorporation into the Allies system forms part of yeshcube’s model for connecting applied research and technological development with organizations capable of turning that knowledge into commercial products and applications.

The collaboration includes joint product development, validation in real-world contexts and knowledge transfer related to the integration of emotional wellbeing technologies into physical spaces. The framework also opens the possibility of exploring new applications in different types of environments based on the capabilities of both organizations.

For Actiu, the collaboration connects with its Life Friendly Spaces strategy, focused on designing spaces around people’s wellbeing and sustainability. For yeshcube, it provides a route for transferring its technological developments from research and validation into products that can be manufactured and used in real-world environments.
