Press release
The initiative combines artificial intelligence, immersive spaces, and portable devices to attract, train, and retain talent in Utiel-Requena
València, . yeshcube has been selected to participate in the UR-Innova Demo Day, an open innovation program aimed at bringing technological solutions to Tierra Bobal’s wine and tourism sectors.
The call received 35 proposals and selected ten to present their solutions to local companies and representatives at an event held at the headquarters of the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin.
yeshcube is participating in the program with a proposal intended to support the attraction, training, and management of talent in the region.
Technology applied to talent development
The proposal combines sensory booths, portable devices, immersive experiences, and artificial intelligence within programs designed for use in organizations.
These environments can be used to provide workplace wellbeing experiences, develop personal and professional skills, and help organizations understand the needs of their teams.
The proposal addresses one of the five challenges identified by Tierra Bobal companies: attracting and training talent. The other areas addressed by UR-Innova are mobility; marketing, sales, and operations; community building; and the optimization of agricultural and tourism activities.
Participation in the Demo Day provides an opportunity to present the proposal to organizations in Utiel-Requena’s wine and tourism sectors. After the event, local companies will be able to assess the solutions they consider suitable for potential evaluation or implementation.
The selection does not mean that a pilot project or procurement of the technology has yet been agreed.
Open innovation for Tierra Bobal
UR-Innova is promoted by the Valencia Provincial Council and the Department of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Valencian Government, with the support of the Mancomunidad del Interior Tierra del Vino and the participation of Innsomnia in delivering the program.
The initiative connects companies and organizations from the region with technology projects capable of responding to needs previously identified by the territory itself.
The program focuses particularly on the wine and tourism sectors, two activities linked to the economic development of the nine municipalities that make up Tierra Bobal.
