1. Convening entity
The yeshcube Praxis 26/27 call is promoted and managed by:

Hereinafter, “yeshcube”.
2. Purpose of the call
These rules govern the application, selection and admission process for the yeshcube Praxis 26/27 educational program.
Praxis is an applied learning program that combines training, mentoring, sessions with professionals and specialists, and supervised participation in active projects of the hub.
Each participant joins a project related to their education, their learning objectives and one of the tracks defined for the call.
The program is educational in nature and effective incorporation is subject to being able to formalize it correctly through the academic, training or, where legally applicable, contractual instrument that applies to each participant.
These rules govern the general call. The specific conditions of each placement will be established subsequently through the agreement, arrangement, training plan, individual annex or other applicable instrument.
3. Praxis 26/27 tracks
The call is organized around the following tracks:
- Technology and AI.
- Scientific research.
- Marketing and communication.
- Executive assistance.
- Business development and sales.
The application is initially submitted for a specific track.
During the selection process, yeshcube may propose a different track when it considers that there is a better educational fit. Any change must be communicated to the applicant and accepted before continuing with formalization.
Selection for a track does not imply automatic assignment to a specific project.
4. Who the call is for
Applications may be submitted by people enrolled during the 2026/27 academic year in official studies that allow a practical training experience compatible with Praxis to be formalized.
Depending on the applicable framework, this may include:
- University Bachelor’s studies.
- University Master’s studies.
- Doctoral studies, where a compatible training framework exists.
- Vocational Education and Training.
- Other official studies that provide for a recognized form of practical training or training placement.
In the university setting, external academic internships require a link between the competencies to be acquired and the studies being pursued, in addition to the corresponding agreement and training project. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In Vocational Education and Training, participation must be integrated into the training plan defined jointly with the educational institution and must respect the applicable form of in-company training. Boletín Oficial del Estado
5. General application requirements
To take part in the process it will be necessary to:
- Be enrolled in compatible official studies during the period in which the placement is to take place.
- Maintain a sufficient academic relationship between the studies pursued and the selected track.
- Be able to formalize participation with the educational institution through a valid instrument.
- Have a level of commitment compatible with the program and with academic obligations.
- Have a functional level of Spanish sufficient for meetings, coordination and day-to-day documentation.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information throughout the process.
- Meet any additional requirement established by the educational institution or by the regulations applicable to the specific form of participation.
No previous professional experience is required.
As a general rule, no official Spanish language certificate is required.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
6. Vocational Education and Training
Applications from Vocational Education and Training will be subject to the regime corresponding to the applicant’s course of study.
Under the general regime, in-company training is educational and not employment-based in nature, is carried out in accordance with a training plan, and may not be used to replace duties corresponding to an employee. Boletín Oficial del Estado
Current regulations further establish that, in order to begin in-company training, VET students must have reached the age of 16 and must have previously acquired the required training in occupational risk prevention. Boletín Oficial del Estado
Where an application corresponds to an intensive Vocational Education and Training regime that requires a training contract, incorporation may only take place if yeshcube and the educational institution consider it feasible to formalize the required legal regime. Intensive Vocational Education and Training is legally carried out through paid activity within the framework of a training contract. Boletín Oficial del Estado
Acceptance of an VET application within the selection process does not mean that yeshcube automatically accepts any arrangement proposed by the educational institution.
7. International applications
Praxis accepts applications from students enrolled in Spanish and foreign institutions.
International applicants must meet the same general academic and training conditions set out in these rules.
Effective incorporation will be subject to:
- Acceptance and formalization by the corresponding educational institution.
- The existence of a valid framework for carrying out the placement in Spain.
- Compliance, where necessary, with the applicable administrative, immigration, residence, stay, insurance or mobility requirements.
The application may be submitted before completing these formalities, but no one may begin their participation while a necessary legal or academic authorization is missing.
The applicable Social Security regulations may vary depending on the country and the institution of enrollment. Spanish Social Security expressly distinguishes, among other cases, between internships carried out by students of Spanish institutions and those carried out in Spain by students enrolled in foreign institutions. 8. Applicants who are minors
Where an applicant is a minor, their application and any participation will be subject to the requirements, authorizations and safeguards established by the applicable legislation and by their educational institution.
Where necessary, yeshcube may request the involvement or authorization of their legal representatives before formalizing incorporation.
In Vocational Education and Training, in-company training may not begin before the age of 16. Boletín Oficial del Estado
9. Calendar of the call
The planned calendar for Praxis 26/27 is as follows:
- Application deadline: September 27, 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
- Initial review of applications: from September 28 to October 4, 2026.
- Interviews: from October 5 to October 11, 2026.
- Notification of conditional admissions: from October 12, 2026.
- Academic or training formalization: mainly during October and the first half of November 2026.
- General planned start of the program: November 16, 2026.
These dates may be adjusted where necessary for organizational, academic, administrative or legal reasons, or for reasons of formalization with the educational institutions.
Any relevant change will be communicated to the people affected.
Where the necessary documentation is not completed by November 16, individual incorporation will take place at a later date.
No mandatory Praxis activity will begin before participation has been correctly formalized.
10. Submission of applications
Applications must be submitted through the system provided for Praxis within Careers on yeshcube.com.
Each application must include the information and documentation requested in the form.
The applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the data provided is correct, complete and authentic.
yeshcube may request additional documentation where it is necessary in order to:
- Verify the eligibility requirements.
- Check the academic link.
- Assess the feasibility of the placement.
- Formalize any incorporation.
Incomplete applications may be excluded from the process where essential information is missing and is not corrected after being requested.
Submitting an application is free of charge.
11. Selection process
The process may include the following stages:
- Review of general requirements.
- Assessment of the fit between education, track and learning objectives.
- Evaluation of the information submitted.
- Interview.
- Verification of the feasibility of formalization with the educational institution.
- Preliminary assignment of track and project.
- Notification of conditional admission.
yeshcube will assess applications as a whole, taking into account mainly:
- The relationship between the applicant’s education and the selected track.
- The consistency of their learning objectives with Praxis.
- The motivation expressed in the application and during the interview.
- The ability to take part in the activities of the track within a supervised framework.
- Availability and academic compatibility.
- Feasibility of formalization.
- Fit with the active projects available during the corresponding period.
These criteria do not constitute an automatic academic scoring system, and they will be assessed taking into account the characteristics of each application and the educational needs of the projects.
University internships must be organized in accordance with the principles of transparency, publicity, universal accessibility and equal opportunities. Boletín Oficial del Estado
12. Equal opportunities and non-discrimination
The application and selection process will be carried out in accordance with the principles of equal treatment, equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
There will be no discrimination on grounds of birth, racial or ethnic origin, sex, religion or belief, age, disability, sexual orientation or identity, gender expression, illness or health condition, language, socioeconomic situation, nationality or other circumstances protected by the applicable legislation. Differences arising from academic or training requirements, minimum age, legal authorization, availability or compatibility with a given project must be based on objective criteria related to the educational purpose or to legal obligations.
Where necessary and reasonably possible within the corresponding framework, adaptation measures will be considered in order to ensure the participation of people with disabilities or specific support needs.
University regulations expressly recognize the right to have the resources needed to carry out internships on equal terms, and VET regulations require the training plan to include the measures and adaptations needed for people with specific support needs. Boletín Oficial del Estado
13. Conditional admission
Any notification of admission prior to definitive formalization will be conditional.
Selection by yeshcube does not in itself give rise to a right to join Praxis.
Incorporation will require, as applicable:
- Validation by the educational institution.
- The existence or signing of the necessary agreement.
- An individual project or training plan.
- Designation of the corresponding tutors.
- Determination of duration, schedule and calendar.
- Compliance with Social Security obligations.
- Compliance with occupational risk prevention requirements.
- Arrangement of insurance where applicable.
- Compliance with the applicable administrative or immigration requirements.
- Any other condition required by the legislation or by the educational institution.
If any of these requirements cannot be met, incorporation may not take place even if the person has passed the selection process.
14. Project assignment
Admission to Praxis entails the subsequent assignment to an active project of the hub compatible with the track and the training plan.
The assignment will take into account:
- Studies and prior knowledge.
- Learning objectives.
- Track.
- Level of experience.
- Learning outcomes or competencies required by the educational institution.
- Availability of projects.
- Effective supervision capacity.
- Duration and calendar of the placement.
The project may evolve during the program where necessary for educational, technical or organizational reasons, provided that the educational purpose is maintained and that, where applicable, any change is coordinated with or authorized by the educational institution.
In university internships, the training project must establish educational objectives and activities directly related to the competencies linked to the studies. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In VET, each person must have a training plan that determines the learning outcomes, monitoring mechanisms and organization of the in-company periods. Boletín Oficial del Estado
15. Educational nature of participation
Praxis activities will be carried out for educational purposes and under supervision.
Where participation is formalized as a university academic internship, it will not in itself give rise to an employment relationship and its content may not replace the work performed in a job position. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In Vocational Education and Training under the general regime, in-company training is likewise educational and not employment-based in nature and may not replace duties corresponding to employees either. Boletín Oficial del Estado
The activities assigned must be compatible with the objectives and competencies of the corresponding project or training plan.
The participant will not be autonomously responsible for structural functions of yeshcube, nor will they assume responsibilities incompatible with their status as a trainee.
Where the applicable legal framework requires an employment relationship, as may occur in certain forms of intensive Vocational Education and Training, incorporation will require the specific formalization that applies. Boletín Oficial del Estado
16. Tutoring and monitoring
Each participation will have the supervision figures required by its corresponding academic or training framework.
In university internships there must be a tutor from the host entity and an academic tutor from the university. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In Vocational Education and Training, in-company supervision falls to the dual tutor designated by the company, in coordination with the tutor from the educational institution. Boletín Oficial del Estado
yeshcube may additionally involve track leads, professionals, specialists and other people connected with the educational activities of Praxis.
17. Format, schedule and duration
Praxis is designed as a hybrid program.
The specific distribution between on-site and remote activity will be established individually according to:
- The applicable legal framework.
- The project or training plan.
- The conditions set by the educational institution.
- The track.
- The characteristics of the project.
- The monitoring and supervision needs.
Where there is on-site activity, it may take place at the hub’s offices and laboratory in Valencia or at other spaces that validly form part of the training project and are communicated in advance.
There is no universal duration of Praxis for all participants.
In the university setting, the duration and schedule must be coordinated with the curriculum and be compatible with academic activity. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In VET, the duration and distribution depend on the regime, on the institution and on the corresponding training plan. Boletín Oficial del Estado
18. Training integrated into Praxis
The educational activities of Praxis may include:
- Cross-disciplinary training.
- Specialized content linked to the track.
- Mentoring.
- Tutoring sessions.
- Sessions with professionals and specialists.
- Selected activities linked to the Allies ecosystem.
- Review of learning.
- Documentation of the experience.
- Final presentation.
Mandatory activities must form part of the training path recognized for each participant where their form of incorporation so requires.
The specific distribution will be adapted to the individual plan and may vary between participants.
19. Financial conditions
Submitting an application involves no cost for the applicant.
These rules do not establish a universal financial condition applicable to all participations in Praxis.
The existence, nature and amount of any stipend, grant, compensation or remuneration will depend on the applicable academic or training framework, on the corresponding regulations, on the conditions set by the educational institution and on the instrument that formalizes each placement.
In university internships, the agreement may provide for a study stipend or grant where so agreed. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In intensive Vocational Education and Training, current regulations require paid activity within the corresponding training contract. Boletín Oficial del Estado
Passing the selection process does not give rise to a right to any particular financial support unless it is expressly stated in the individual incorporation documentation.
20. Social Security
Inclusion in the Social Security system and the determination of the party responsible for the corresponding obligations will be carried out in accordance with the regime applicable to each placement.
Additional provision 52 of the General Social Security Act currently covers, among other cases, certain university and Vocational Education and Training internships, with particularities depending on the arrangement and on whether the internships are paid or unpaid. Seguridad Social
The applicant must provide the information needed to meet these obligations if they are selected.
21. Risk prevention and safety
Before starting the corresponding activities, each participant must receive or provide evidence of the risk prevention training and information that is required.
Participants must comply with:
- The applicable safety instructions.
- The rules of the space in which they carry out the activity.
- The technical procedures related to the projects in which they take part.
- The access restrictions established for laboratories, equipment, systems or information.
University regulations expressly recognize the student’s right to receive information on safety and occupational risk prevention. Boletín Oficial del Estado
In VET, the prior acquisition of the competencies relating to specific risks is a requirement for beginning in-company training. Boletín Oficial del Estado
22. Confidentiality, intellectual property and project information
Taking part in projects of the hub may give access to technical, scientific, commercial, strategic or internal information.
The participant must comply with the confidentiality obligations established in the instrument that formalizes their placement and in the rules applicable to the project.
The specific obligations regarding intellectual property, industrial property, results, documentation, code, data, publications or materials developed will be defined, where necessary, in the applicable agreement, arrangement or specific document.
These rules do not imply a general and advance assignment of the intellectual property rights of participants.
In the university setting, the regulations expressly recognize the student’s right to intellectual and industrial property under the terms established by the applicable legislation, and they also establish duties of confidentiality during and after the internship. Boletín Oficial del Estado
23. Completion and certification
Completion of participation may include:
- Assessment or evaluation of learning.
- Monitoring reports.
- Final documentation.
- Presentation of the work carried out.
- Reports or other documents required by the educational institution.
yeshcube may issue its own certificate of participation in Praxis.
This certificate will be informative in nature and will attest to participation in the yeshcube program. It does not in itself constitute an official academic qualification, nor does it replace the documents to be issued by the educational institution.
In university internships, academic recognition falls to the university. Boletín Oficial del Estado
24. Continuity and future opportunities
People who successfully complete Praxis may join yeshcube’s priority talent pool.
This means that yeshcube may give preferential consideration to their profile when compatible future opportunities arise.
Participation in Praxis:
- Does not constitute a job offer.
- Does not give rise to a right to be hired.
- Does not oblige yeshcube to open a subsequent vacancy.
- Does not guarantee professional continuity once the placement has ended.
Any future employment or professional relationship will require a separate process and formalization.
25. Exclusion from the process
yeshcube may exclude an application where any of the following circumstances arise:
- Failure to meet the essential requirements.
- Impossibility of formalizing the placement legally or academically.
- Provision of false, altered or materially inaccurate information.
- Absence of essential documentation after correction has been requested.
- Conduct incompatible with the principles of respect, equality or safety applicable to the process.
- Objective impossibility of assigning a project compatible with the training plan.
- Any legal cause preventing incorporation.
Where possible and proportionate, documentary errors may be corrected before a definitive decision is taken.
26. Withdrawal by the applicant
The applicant may withdraw their application at any time before incorporation.
A selected person may also withdraw at a later stage, without prejudice to the obligations or notification procedures established by their educational institution where the placement has already been formalized.
Withdrawal of the application must be requested through the channel provided by yeshcube.
27. Modification, suspension or cancellation of the call
yeshcube may modify aspects of the call where there are legal, academic, organizational, technical or force majeure reasons that justify it.
It may likewise suspend or cancel Praxis in whole or in part where supervening circumstances make it unfeasible to run it under appropriate conditions.
Changes that materially affect applicants or selected people will be communicated through the contact details provided.
A modification of these rules may not be used to remove rights already recognized through validly formalized individual agreements or arrangements.
28. Regulatory changes
These rules have been drawn up in accordance with the regulatory framework in force on the date of their publication.
As of August 19, 2026, the Bill for the Statute of persons in non-employment practical training is before parliament and has not yet entered into force. Congreso de los Diputados
If, before or during Praxis, a new rule affecting practical training enters into force, yeshcube will adapt the call and the individual conditions to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with it.
Where a regulatory change makes it impossible to maintain a condition originally envisaged, the regulations in force will prevail.
29. Data protection
The personal data used during the application process will be processed in accordance with the specific privacy policy for Praxis applications and with the applicable data protection regulations.
Submitting an application will require having received the corresponding information on data processing.
Acceptance of these rules is independent of any optional consent for communications that are not necessary in order to handle the application.
30. Documentation forming part of the process
Before submitting an application, the applicant must be able to consult:
- These Official rules of Praxis 26/27.
- The Privacy policy for Praxis applications.
- The Terms and conditions of application and participation in Praxis 26/27.
Subsequent formalization may incorporate additional documentation from yeshcube, from the educational institution or from other competent bodies.
In the event of a contradiction between these rules and a mandatory legal provision, the applicable regulations will prevail.
In the individual conditions of each participant, the academic or training instrument formalized for that placement will additionally prevail in those aspects that must legally be governed by that document.
31. Applicable law
The call will be governed by Spanish law and, depending on each form of participation, by the rules on education, employment, Social Security, immigration, risk prevention, equality, data protection and any other applicable regulations.
The rules relevant on the date these official rules were drawn up include:

33. Acceptance of the official rules
Submitting an application to Praxis 26/27 will require express acceptance of these rules.
Acceptance attests that the applicant has had access to their content and declares that they are aware of the general conditions of the call.
Acceptance of the rules does not entail:
- Admission to Praxis.
- Confirmation of a place.
- Formalization of an internship.
- The existence of an employment relationship.
- Assignment of a project.
- A right to remuneration.
- A guarantee of subsequent hiring.
Incorporation will only be considered definitive once the academic, legal and administrative conditions applicable to each case have been met.
