Terms and Conditions for Applications and Participation in yeshcube Praxis 26/27

This is a translation of the Spanish original, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Identification

These Terms and Conditions govern the submission of applications to and the general conditions of participation in yeshcube Praxis 26/27, a program promoted by:

Hereinafter, “yeshcube.”

These Terms supplement the Official rules of yeshcube Praxis 26/27 and the Privacy Policy for Praxis 26/27 Applications.

2. Purpose

These Terms govern:

• The submission of applications to Praxis 26/27.
• Participation in the various stages of the selection process.
• The general conditions applicable to any admission.
• The basic obligations of applicants and participants.
• The relationship between Praxis and the academic or training documentation that must be formalized subsequently.
• The general conditions for the delivery, monitoring and completion of participation.

Acceptance of these Terms allows an application to be submitted. It does not in itself constitute admission to Praxis, nor does it formalize an academic, training or employment placement.

3. Nature of Praxis

yeshcube Praxis 26/27 is an educational applied learning program.

The program combines training, mentoring, sessions with professionals and specialists, and supervised participation in active projects of the hub.

Praxis is organized into the following tracks:

• Technology and AI.
• Scientific research.
• Marketing and communication.
• Executive assistance.
• Business development and sales.

Participation must take place under an academic, training or, where legally applicable, contractual framework that is valid for each person’s specific situation.

For external university academic internships, the regulations in force expressly establish their educational nature, university supervision, and the impossibility of using them to replace job positions. Boletín Oficial del Estado

In Vocational Education and Training, the corresponding regime will apply in accordance with Organic Law 3/2022, Royal Decree 659/2023 and the rules applicable to the specific course of study. Boletín Oficial del Estado

4. Relationship with the Official rules

The Official rules of Praxis 26/27 govern the call, including requirements, calendar, selection, conditional admission and general conditions of formalization.

These Terms and Conditions principally govern the rules a person accepts when submitting their application and, if they are selected, the general conditions of their participation.

Both documents must be read together.

In the event of a contradiction between them, the provision that is more specific to the particular matter will prevail, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory law.

5. Documents to be reviewed before applying

Before submitting an application, the following must be available for consultation:

• Official rules of yeshcube Praxis 26/27.
• Privacy Policy for yeshcube Praxis 26/27 Applications.
• These Terms and Conditions of application and participation.

The form must provide access to these documents before submission.

Acceptance of the Official rules and of these Terms must be express.

Privacy information must be provided in accordance with data protection regulations and must not be confused with general consent to any processing.

6. Submission of an application

Applications are submitted through the mechanism provided by yeshcube for Praxis within Careers.

Each person must provide the information requested in order to assess their application.

Submission must take place within the period established in the Official rules.

Applying is free of charge.

Submitting an application does not:

• Reserve a place.
• Guarantee an interview.
• Guarantee admission.
• Guarantee assignment to a project.
• Formalize an internship.
• Create an employment relationship.
• Create a right to financial compensation.
• Create a right to future hiring.

7. Accuracy of information

The applicant declares that the information provided is truthful and, to the best of their knowledge, complete and up to date.

yeshcube may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify academic or administrative requirements.

Intentionally providing false information or manipulated documentation may result in exclusion from the process.

Material errors or missing information that can be corrected must not automatically be treated as misrepresentation.

Where reasonable, yeshcube may request their correction before taking a decision.

8. Documentation provided

The applicant must hold the rights or authorizations necessary for any document or material they provide.

They must not include in their CV, portfolio, repositories or documentation:

• Confidential information belonging to third parties.
• Personal data of third parties that is not necessary.
• Protected material whose submission would infringe third-party rights.
• Code, documentation or results they are required to keep confidential.

Providing a portfolio, repository or previous work is solely for the purpose of assessing the application and does not transfer its intellectual property to yeshcube.

9. Track applied for

The application is initially submitted for one of the five Praxis tracks.

The choice of track is used to assess the initial fit of the profile.

yeshcube may propose a different track where, after reviewing the application or holding an interview, it considers that there is a more suitable educational relationship with another area.

The applicant must be informed of and accept any change before formalizing their incorporation.

A change of track may not be made in a way that alters the academic conditions agreed with the educational institution without the corresponding coordination.

10. Selection process

Submitting an application authorizes its assessment within the process described in the Official rules and in accordance with the corresponding Privacy Policy.

The process may include:

• Review of the application.
• Verification of eligibility.
• Assessment of the fit with the track.
• Interview.
• Requests for additional documentation.
• Analysis of the feasibility of formalization.
• Preliminary project proposal.
• Communication of the outcome.

The call must be carried out in accordance with the criteria of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Spanish legislation protects the right to equal treatment irrespective, among other circumstances, of nationality, age, disability, racial or ethnic origin, sex, religion, sexual orientation or identity, and other protected characteristics. 11. Interviews

An invitation to an interview indicates only that the application remains within the process.

The interview may be used to learn about:

• Education.
• Learning objectives.
• Motivation.
• Knowledge related to the track.
• Availability.
• Academic requirements of the placement.
• Feasibility of the fit with active projects.

An interview does not constitute admission.

Where an interview needs to be held by videoconference, the person will receive the corresponding access information.

Interviews will not be recorded unless there is a justified reason, prior notice is given, and a valid legal basis exists for doing so.

12. Outcome of the process

yeshcube may communicate:

• Progression to a later stage.
• A request for additional information.
• A proposed change of track.
• Conditional admission.
• Non-selection.
• The impossibility of formalization.

The decision must be understood within the context of an educational call in which academic, organizational, supervision and project-availability factors all play a part.

13. Conditional admission

Any admission communicated before the corresponding formalization is completed will be conditional.

Conditional admission means that yeshcube initially considers the application suitable, but that the applicable legal, academic and administrative requirements still have to be completed.

Effective incorporation may depend, among other elements, on:

• Approval by the educational institution.
• Formalization of the applicable agreement or arrangement.
• Definition of the project or training plan.
• Appointment of tutors.
• Social Security conditions.
• Risk prevention.
• Insurance.
• Administrative requirements.
• Immigration or mobility requirements where applicable.

If these requirements cannot be completed, participation may not begin.

14. Individual formalization

Each participant must have the instrument required by their form of study before beginning any mandatory activity.

That instrument may include, as applicable:

• Educational cooperation agreement.
• Individual annex.
• Training project.
• Training plan.
• Arrangement between the company and the educational institution.
• Mobility documentation.
• Training contract where the applicable VET arrangement requires it.
• Other documents required by legislation or by the educational institution.

University regulations require, among other elements, an agreement and a training project, in addition to an academic tutor and a tutor from the host entity. Boletín Oficial del Estado

VET regulations establish their own mechanisms for planning and tutoring in-company training. Boletín Oficial del Estado

15. Precedence of the individual documentation

These Terms establish general conditions.

Once participation has been formalized, the individualized aspects of the placement will also be governed by the agreement, arrangement, training project, training plan or equivalent document.

In matters such as:

• Schedule.
• Duration.
• Number of hours.
• Calendar.
• Tutoring.
• Assessment.
• Learning outcomes.
• Financial conditions.
• Social Security.
• On-site or remote format.

the conditions validly established in the individual instrument will prevail where those matters must legally be governed through that instrument.

None of these Terms may reduce rights recognized by mandatory law or by the corresponding educational framework.

16. Start of participation

The general planned start date of Praxis 26/27 is November 16, 2026.

That date is not an automatic incorporation date for everyone who is selected.

No one may begin mandatory activities linked to Praxis before the applicable formalization has been completed.

Where a placement is not formalized in time, incorporation will be postponed until the process is complete.

17. Project assignment

Each participant will join an active project compatible with their track, education and educational objectives.

The assignment may take into account:

• Prior education.
• Track.
• Learning objectives.
• Expected competencies.
• Availability.
• Duration.
• Tutoring capacity.
• Active projects.
• Requirements of the educational institution.

Acceptance into Praxis does not confer a right to unilaterally choose a specific project.

Nor may yeshcube assign activities that are incompatible with the formalized training framework.

18. Evolution or change of project

Projects of the hub may evolve as they progress.

Where a change affects the activities assigned to a participant, the educational character of their placement must be maintained.

A substantial change affecting educational objectives, competencies, schedule, duration or other formalized conditions must be coordinated with the educational institution where applicable.

yeshcube may reassign a participation to another compatible project where the project initially planned ceases to be available or where there is a justified educational or organizational reason.

19. Activities during Praxis

Participation may comprise:

• Supervised activity within the assigned project.
• Cross-disciplinary training.
• Specialized training.
• Mentoring.
• Tutoring sessions.
• Sessions with professionals and specialists.
• Activities linked to the Allies ecosystem where they form part of the pathway.
• Documentation of learning.
• Periodic reviews.
• Final presentation.

The specific content will depend on the individual plan.

20. Supervision

The activity will be carried out under supervision.

The participant must follow the instructions of the tutors and officers appointed, within the limits of the corresponding training project.

In the university setting, Royal Decree 592/2014 expressly provides for an academic tutor and a tutor from the host entity. Boletín Oficial del Estado

In Vocational Education and Training, the tutoring figures provided for in the corresponding regulations will apply. Boletín Oficial del Estado

21. Commitment to participate

Once incorporated, the participant must seek to maintain diligent participation compatible with their academic obligations.

This includes:

• Respecting the agreed calendar.
• Reporting absences in accordance with the established procedure.
• Taking part in the mandatory training activities included in their pathway.
• Maintaining contact with the tutoring figures.
• Submitting the required training documentation.
• Reporting incidents that materially affect the delivery of the placement.

The specific conditions on attendance and the justification of absences will be those established in the corresponding academic documentation.

22. Compatibility with studies

Praxis must be organized in a way that is compatible with academic activity.

For university internships, the regulations in force expressly establish that schedules must seek to be compatible with the student’s academic, educational and representation obligations. Boletín Oficial del Estado

The final distribution of the schedule must be agreed in accordance with the framework applicable to each person.

23. Hybrid format

Praxis is designed as a hybrid program.

The proportion between on-site and remote activity is not universal.

It will be established taking into account:

• The applicable legal framework.
• The educational institution.
• The training project.
• The track.
• The characteristics of the project.
• The learning and supervision needs.

Where there is on-site activity, it may take place at the hub’s offices and laboratory in Valencia or at other spaces validly incorporated into the training project.

24. Use of spaces, facilities and equipment

The participant must respect the operating, safety and access rules of the spaces in which they carry out their activity.

Where yeshcube provides equipment, credentials, documentation or resources:

• They must be used exclusively for the authorized purposes.
• They may not be transferred to third parties.
• They must be kept with due care.
• They must be returned, or their use discontinued, when the corresponding authorization ends.

The specific procedures may be communicated during onboarding.

25. Access to systems and information

Participation in certain projects may require access to systems, repositories, tools, documentation or internal information.

yeshcube may limit such access in accordance with the principle of necessity.

Each participant must:

• Use only their own credentials.
• Keep their credentials confidential.
• Respect the access restrictions communicated to them.
• Not attempt to access information or systems for which they have no authorization.
• Report security incidents they detect during their activity.

The specific technical rules will be provided where they are necessary for the project.

26. Confidentiality

During Praxis, access may be given to information that must reasonably be considered confidential.

The specific obligations may be established in:

• The agreement.
• The annex.
• The training project.
• A specific arrangement.
• A confidentiality agreement where necessary.

The participant must comply with these obligations during the placement and, where the applicable documentation validly so establishes, after it has ended.

In the university setting, Royal Decree 592/2014 expressly provides for the duty to maintain confidentiality regarding the internal information of the host entity. Boletín Oficial del Estado

27. Intellectual and industrial property

Acceptance of these Terms does not imply a general assignment of all the intellectual or industrial property rights that may belong to the applicant or participant.

The treatment of:

• Code.
• Designs.
• Research.
• Texts.
• Documentation.
• Inventions.
• Results.
• Audiovisual material.
• Other content developed within the project.

must be governed by the applicable legislation and, where necessary, by what is specifically established in the formalization documentation.

For university internships, Royal Decree 592/2014 expressly recognizes the student’s intellectual and industrial property rights under the terms established by the legislation governing that matter. Boletín Oficial del Estado

28. Publication of work and results

Participation in Praxis does not automatically grant authorization to publish information, documentation, code, research or results linked to a project.

Where a person later wishes to use material related to their experience in:

• A portfolio.
• Academic work.
• A report.
• A publication.
• A presentation.
• A repository.
• Social media.

they must comply with the obligations of confidentiality, intellectual property and data protection, and with any procedure established with the educational institution or with yeshcube.

This will not prevent the use of their own information or a general description of the experience where no protected information is disclosed.

29. Data protection during projects

Participants may access personal data only where such access is necessary for an authorized activity and an appropriate framework exists for it.

Where a project includes personal information, yeshcube’s instructions and the applicable security measures must be followed.

Access to data during Praxis does not authorize its use for personal purposes, external academic purposes or the participant’s own projects.

30. Research and activities involving people

Belonging to the Scientific research track does not automatically imply participation in studies involving people, health data or specially protected information.

Any activity that requires:

• Human participants.
• Informed consent.
• Sensitive data.
• Ethical review.
• Specific protocols.
• Administrative authorizations.

may only be carried out within the corresponding authorized framework.

The participant must follow the specific protocols that apply.

31. Safety and risk prevention

The participant must comply with the training, instructions and prevention measures applicable to their activity.

They must not use equipment, facilities or procedures for which they have not received sufficient authorization or instructions.

For university internships, there is a right to receive information on safety regulations and occupational risk prevention. Boletín Oficial del Estado

In VET there are also specific prevention requirements for entering the in-company training phase. Boletín Oficial del Estado

32. Conduct and coexistence

Praxis must take place in an environment based on respect, safety and equality.

The following are incompatible with participation:

• Harassment.
• Discrimination.
• Threats.
• Violence.
• Retaliation.
• Conduct that deliberately compromises the safety of people or systems.
• Serious misuse of confidential information.
• Serious conduct that prevents the normal delivery of the training activity.

Any measure adopted must be proportionate to the circumstances and must respect, where applicable, the procedures established by the educational institution.

Law 15/2022 establishes a general framework of protection against discrimination in both the public and the private sector. Boletín Oficial del Estado

33. Incidents

Participants must have a channel through which to report incidents relating to:

• Delivery of the placement.
• Tutoring.
• The project.
• Safety.
• Inappropriate conduct.
• Academic compatibility.
• Formalized conditions.

yeshcube may coordinate the resolution with the academic tutor or the educational institution where the nature of the incident so requires.

Legal matters may be addressed to legal@yeshcube.com.

34. Financial conditions

Applying is free of charge.

These Terms do not establish remuneration, a stipend or a grant that is universal for all participations.

Financial conditions, where they exist, will depend on the applicable legal and academic framework and must be stated in the corresponding individual documentation.

Participation does not create a right to any particular financial amount merely by virtue of being admitted to Praxis.

Where a legal arrangement requires remuneration, the corresponding regime must be complied with.

35. Social Security

Social Security obligations will be determined for each participation in accordance with the regulations in force and the applicable training instrument.

Additional provision 52 of the consolidated text of the General Social Security Act currently governs the inclusion of certain students undertaking training internships or external academic internships. The General Treasury of the Social Security further distinguishes between different types of internship and academic situation. Boletín Oficial del Estado

Acceptance of these Terms does not in itself determine which party must assume those obligations in a specific placement.

36. International applications

Applications are open to students of Spanish and foreign institutions provided that a legal and academic framework exists that allows their participation.

The applicant will be responsible for providing the documentation that is personally theirs in order to evidence their situation where it is necessary.

yeshcube and the educational institution must determine the feasibility of the placement before incorporation.

Immigration, residence, mobility, insurance and Social Security conditions may depend on the individual situation and on the country of origin or of enrollment.

The General Treasury of the Social Security specifically distinguishes certain situations of students enrolled at foreign institutions who undertake internships in Spain. Seguridad Social

37. Applicants who are minors

Where a minor may legally take part in an arrangement compatible with Praxis, their incorporation will be subject to the corresponding authorizations, safeguards and procedures.

Where necessary, their legal representative must be involved.

The existence of an application does not remove the additional protection requirements that apply by reason of age.

38. Assessment and monitoring

Participation may be monitored and assessed in accordance with the corresponding academic framework.

yeshcube may prepare:

• Reports.
• Assessments.
• Monitoring documentation.
• Formative evaluations.
• A final report.

The educational institution will retain the competencies that belong to it regarding academic recognition.

39. Final presentation

The Praxis pathway may include a final presentation linked to the learning and the work carried out.

The scope of that presentation must respect:

• Confidentiality.
• Data protection.
• Intellectual property.
• Project restrictions.
• Conditions set by the educational institution.

Where the content of the project cannot be disclosed, the presentation must be adapted to preserve that information.

40. Certificate of participation

yeshcube may issue its own certificate of participation to those who successfully complete the program.

The certificate:

• Attests to participation in Praxis under the terms stated by yeshcube.
• Does not constitute an official qualification.
• Does not replace certificates, credits or recognition from the educational institution.
• Does not guarantee any particular academic assessment.

41. Ordinary completion

Participation will end once the period established in the individual documentation and the required activities have been completed.

Completion may include the submission or fulfillment of:

• A report.
• A monitoring report.
• A presentation.
• Assessment.
• Return of equipment.
• Closure of access.
• Documentation required by the educational institution.

42. Withdrawal

A participant may withdraw from continuing in Praxis.

Where participation has already been formalized, they must communicate their decision in accordance with the procedure established with yeshcube and their educational institution.

Withdrawal may entail academic consequences determined by the educational institution, on which yeshcube cannot decide unilaterally.

43. Early termination

A participation may end before the planned date where there is a justified cause, such as:

• Serious breach of training obligations.
• Supervening impossibility of continuing the project.
• Loss of the necessary academic requirements.
• Serious breach of safety rules.
• Serious breach of confidentiality obligations.
• Serious conduct incompatible with the training environment.
• Agreement between the parties and the educational institution.
• A cause provided for in the corresponding agreement or training instrument.

The decision must respect the rules and procedures applicable to the specific arrangement.

Where applicable, yeshcube will coordinate the situation with the educational institution before the termination takes effect.

44. Temporary suspension

Where there is an academic, medical, administrative, organizational or force majeure reason, temporary suspension of the placement may be considered if the corresponding framework allows it.

The consequences for the calendar, hours or assessment must be agreed with the educational institution where applicable.

45. Continuity in the talent pool

People who successfully complete Praxis may be considered for yeshcube’s priority talent pool.

This means that their profile may be taken into account for compatible future opportunities, always in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the corresponding legal basis for retaining or reusing their data.

This status:

• Is not equivalent to a job offer.
• Does not guarantee future interviews.
• Does not guarantee hiring.
• Does not establish absolute priority over other applications.
• Does not create an employment or commercial relationship.

46. Future opportunities

Any future professional opportunity will have a separate process.

An employment or professional relationship will arise only where there is:

• A specific opportunity.
• Agreement between the parties.
• Compliance with the corresponding requirements.
• Separate contractual formalization.

Participation in Praxis may not be used to avoid the applicable employment-law hiring requirements.

47. Changes to Praxis

yeshcube may introduce reasonable adjustments to the organization of the program where they are necessary for:

• Academic reasons.
• Regulatory changes.
• Project availability.
• Tutoring needs.
• Technical circumstances.
• Organizational circumstances.
• Force majeure.

Changes that substantially affect an already formalized placement must be coordinated with the educational institution where applicable.

yeshcube may not unilaterally modify rights established by mandatory law or by a formalized agreement where that modification requires the agreement of the parties.

48. Regulatory changes

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the framework in force on August 19, 2026.

On that date, the Bill for the Statute of persons in non-employment practical training remains before the Committee on Labor, Social Economy, Inclusion, Social Security and Migration of the Congress of Deputies and is not yet a rule in force. Congreso de los Diputados

If, before or during Praxis, new obligations affecting the program enter into force, the conditions must be adapted to the extent necessary to comply with them.

The mandatory rules in force will prevail over any incompatible provision of these Terms.

49. Cancellation of the program

yeshcube may cancel Praxis in whole or in part where there is a serious cause or a supervening circumstance that reasonably prevents the program from being delivered with the necessary safeguards.

In that case, the people affected will be informed and the academic consequences will be coordinated with the educational institutions where placements have already been formalized.

Cancellation of the call may not retroactively alter rights that have already validly arisen and must be respected under the legislation or the individual documentation.

50. Force majeure

yeshcube will not be liable for delays or for the impossibility of carrying out certain activities where these arise from unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect a training placement, a solution compatible with its educational purpose and with the conditions established by the educational institution will be sought.

This clause does not exclude the legal obligations that fall to yeshcube.

51. yeshcube’s responsibility

yeshcube will be responsible for the obligations that fall to it legally and for those validly assumed in the applicable documentation.

Nothing in these Terms is to be interpreted as an exclusion of liability for:

• Willful misconduct.
• Gross negligence where it cannot legally be excluded.
• Personal injury attributable under the terms established by law.
• Breaches of mandatory legal obligations.
• Liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

52. Responsibility of the participant

The participant will be responsible for their own conduct under the applicable legislation.

An error made within a supervised training activity will not automatically imply personal liability.

yeshcube must maintain a level of supervision consistent with the educational nature of the placement.

Incidents must be assessed taking into account the circumstances, the instructions provided, the level of experience and the training framework.

53. Third-party services and platforms

During the application or participation process, third-party technology tools may be used for communications, videoconferencing, repositories or other functions.

Their use must be linked to genuine needs of the process.

Where such tools involve the processing of personal data, the corresponding Privacy Policy will apply.

The participant must comply with the legitimate terms of use of the tools that are necessary for their activity.

54. Communications

yeshcube may use the contact details provided for communications directly related to:

• The application.
• Interviews.
• Selection.
• Formalization.
• Delivery of Praxis.
• Incidents.
• Completion.

These communications form part of the management of the process and are independent of marketing communications.

55. Marketing communications

Applying to or participating in Praxis does not imply automatic subscription to newsletters or promotional communications.

Any marketing communication must comply with the regulations and with the corresponding legal basis.

The LSSI specifically governs electronic marketing communications and how they are sent. Boletín Oficial del Estado

56. Data protection

The processing of personal data related to the application is governed by the Privacy Policy for yeshcube Praxis 26/27 Applications.

Additional processing related to an already formalized placement may require supplementary information.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute general consent to any processing of data.

57. Electronic acceptance

The application must include an affirmative action by which the person states that they have read and accept:

• The Official rules of Praxis 26/27.
• These Terms and Conditions.

The Privacy Policy must be made available to the person and the required information must be provided before submission.

The LSSI recognizes the validity and effectiveness of consent given electronically and the equivalence of electronic documents in the cases established by law. Boletín Oficial del Estado

yeshcube may record the information necessary to evidence acceptance, such as:

• The version of the document.
• The date and time.
• The application identifier.
• Technical evidence reasonably necessary to evidence the action taken.

This information will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

58. Changes to these Terms

yeshcube may update these Terms where necessary because of regulatory, academic or operational changes.

The new version will state its update date.

A subsequent modification may not retroactively alter the conditions of an already formalized placement where those conditions cannot be modified unilaterally.

Where a change materially affects an application or participation in progress, the people affected will be informed.

59. Partial invalidity

If a provision of these Terms is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that circumstance will not necessarily affect the rest of the document.

The affected clause will be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a manner compatible with the applicable regulations and with the legitimate purpose it pursued.

60. Applicable law

These Terms will be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of another legal system that may apply in certain international cases.

Participation will additionally be subject to the academic or training regulations applicable to each person.

The framework relevant on the date of this version includes:

61. Resolution of incidents and questions

Matters relating to an application may be handled through the channels provided for Praxis.

Legal matters may be addressed to:

legal@yeshcube.com

Academic matters, or matters relating to an already formalized placement, may also require the involvement of the tutor or of the corresponding educational institution.

62. Languages

These Terms and Conditions may be published in Spanish and in English.

Both versions must maintain substantive equivalence.

The Spanish version constitutes yeshcube’s legal reference version, without prejudice to any rights that may belong to a person under the applicable mandatory law.

63. Declarations made when submitting the application

By submitting the application, the person declares:

• That they have had access to the Official rules of Praxis 26/27.
• That they have had access to these Terms and Conditions.
• That they have received the corresponding data protection information.
• That the information provided is truthful to the best of their knowledge.
• That they understand that submitting an application does not constitute admission.
• That they understand that any incorporation will be conditional on a valid academic or training formalization.
• That they are aware that Praxis is educational in nature and that its specific conditions will depend on the corresponding arrangement.

64. Effects of acceptance

Acceptance of these Terms produces only the effects necessary to take part in the application process under the rules established.

It does not in itself produce:

• An employment relationship.
• An internship contract.
• An academic agreement.
• Enrollment.
• Definitive admission.
• A right to a specific project.
• A right to remuneration.
• A right to subsequent hiring.

Incorporation into Praxis takes place only when the corresponding formalization has been validly completed.
