Learning ProgramThe Technology & AI track develops applied learning in technology and digital products within an active hub project. Participation is supervised and advances alongside the program’s learning and mentoring.

The degrees and areas listed guide the application. Selection weighs how each background relates to the track and to the hub’s active projects.
Learning
Development, digital architecture, systems integration, applied artificial intelligence, automation, testing, documentation, and technology product processes.
Project participation
Activities may include prototypes, tools, automations, integrations, testing, technology research, and other needs connected to active hub projects.
Participation does not include sole responsibility for critical systems.
The specific activity depends on the assigned project, the learning plan, and the terms established with the educational institution.
The program
Participation in any of the tracks shares the same elements.
- Cross-disciplinary learning
- Cohort-wide sessions on research and evidence, artificial intelligence, ethics, project management, digital tools, and professional communication.
- Specialized learning
- Track-specific content, adjusted to each participant’s level and learning goals.
- Mentoring
- Individual tutoring, track-level guidance, and periodic learning reviews.
- Expert sessions
- yeshcube professionals, external specialists, and profiles connected to the Allies ecosystem.
- Active project
- Placement from the start in an active hub project related to the track.
- Assessment and final presentation
- Learning review, process documentation, and a presentation connected to the work developed.
General requirements
- Enrollment in an officially recognized program compatible with Praxis.
- A background related to the track.
- The possibility of formalizing a training placement with the educational institution.
- Schedule compatibility with the agreed learning plan.
- A functional level of Spanish.
- Availability for the hybrid arrangement agreed with the educational institution.
Prior professional experience is not required.
Application
The form gathers the academic and availability details needed to assess the fit with the track and the feasibility of the training placement.
Submitting an application does not mean admission to the program. Admission is subject to selection and to formalization with the educational institution.
